This abusive police officer has been suspended from the Baltimore Police after assaulting a 14 year old boy for skateboarding in an area where he shouldn't have.

He then makes what could be perceived as a death threat.
Too bad he has to wear those clothes because he looks like he just came off the label of Billy Bee Honey. But we know better--he's a no-neck meatball!

anywho, what a crazy bastard. When I was a kid I was thrown off alot of stairs for skating, but I was never roughed up like that!

Watch for the video on tv now of a cop in Tampa dumping a cripple guy out of his wheel chair. The cop didn't believe the person couldn't walk.
