All he has to do is introduce a resolution in the Saskatchewan Legislature that the relevant clauses of the Constitution Act, 1867 be deleted. That will start the process.
ReplyDeleteThe key is getting a process started. I totally agree. If a Province in the Dominion passes such a resolution, all other provinces must weigh and address the measure. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteAlso, why on earth are we preserving a document that's obtuse and badly written? We don't even have a complete written constitution act, and the one we imported is one of many documents. Yet we leftists don't like things that are practical, simple and rational.
