I have to say that I find it very caring of the British Government to erect a 7 foot high special toilet facility for pigeons to relieve themselves outside of the House of Commons in London.In this era of sensitivity to the needs of our many animal companions and fellow creatures, the British should be commended for this act of goodwill to the avian community.
Urban pigeon flocks have always appreciated the assistance that humans provide them by way of public facilities. This new facility is going to be particularly popular with pigeons of all stripes.
Tip o' the hat to those responsible for this act of kindness. St. Francis of Assisi would be pleased, I'm sure!!
