AHMADINEJAD: Iran Is Now A Nuclear Power
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, who made headlines last week for sponsoring a conference on the accuracy of the Holocaust, is once again back in the spotlight.During a speech in the Western Iranian province of Javanroud, Ahmadinejad declared "Iran is now a nuclear power, thanks to the hard work of the Iranian people and authorities."
The state-run Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) also quoted Ahmadinejad as saying that "Iranian young scientists reached the zenith of science and technology and gained access to the nuclear fuel cycle without the help of big powers,"

Agreed! This is an interesting story. I'm also looking forward to international opinion on his claim - especially from the Israeli's and the Americans.
