CIA Operated Secret Interrogation Facility In Poland
There has been speculation that Poland is one of the countries that housed CIA secret prisons in the war on terror. A report by the European Commission a year ago found evidence the U.S. outsourced torture, but did not determine if facilities were located in Poland. Thanks Tomcat - what I can't determine from the story is if the facility is still operating?? the only source I found was in Raw Story.
