When the trial of His Lordship, Conrad Black commences again tomorrow in the federal district court in Chicago Illinois, his lawyers will argue that he was entitled to the $85 million dollars he is charged with taking.Black faces more than 100 years in jail and tens of millions of dollars in fines if he is convicted of all charges.
