Conservatives Prepare To Launch New Attack Ads
New Tory attack ads against Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion are on the horizon, according to a news report.
The new TV spots have already been filmed and will be run during the two-week break for Parliament beginning next week, the Globe and Mail reported Friday.
Think we're not going to have an election? Think again.

Harper might be overplaying his hand here. These ads will eliminate the "we don't want an election" vascade, and we all know Canadians don't want another election. The first set of ads, okay, but another, it's just too obvious and it could backfire.

At some point this is just going to come off as excessive, I wonder if there are some people (or all of them) in the Conservative machine that just like to flaunt their fundraising capabilities. They have the money, they're showing off.
Usually this strategy ends up biting you in the ass, so maybe it's just as well.
