Two More Candidates In Saskatchewan New Democrat's Leadership Race
NDP MLA Deb Higgins from Moose Jaw and Dr. Ryan Meili from Saskatoon have both thrown their hats into the ring, seeking the leadership of the New Democratic Party of Saskatchewan.
They join previously announced candidates Yens Pedersen and Dwain Lingenfelter to replace outgoing current leader, Lorne Calvert.

This leadership race is probably the most important for the future of the NDP in Saskatchewan in a long time. Deb Higgins is probably the top left leaning candidate and Lingfelter is so far to the right he campaigned for Jim Dinning in the Alberta PC leadership race. That fact makes me assume that he was a member of the PC's in Alberta.
Wow, I can't stop smirking when I think of an Alberta Conservative leading the Saskatchewan NDP! You guys better vote for Deb Higgins!

Lingenfelter never campaigned for Jim Dinning and that is simply a smear from others who do not like him personally.
