Now that Canada's war crimes laws have stood the test by bringing about a conviction in the Rwanda genocide, perhaps we may see a day when other individuals are asked to answer for their actions.

Even better, that means we have precedent should we need to try someone in Gitmo (provided the evidence isn't tainted by torture).
