You read it right.
The Fords are about to relaunch their on-air platform, this time on the small screen.
The brothers have agreed to terms with Sun News to pick up where they left off with their much-listened-to show The City on Newstalk 1010. That show ended its run last week and a lot of people missed it last Sunday.

Not that I don't trust you but I just spent half an hour confirming this is true and not satire.
I don't know why its no more absurd than anything else in this saga.
Still seems hard to believe.

If the program is truly live at 8:oo PM, wouldn't it be a challenge for Rob Ford to stay sober after his usual 3:00 PM departure from city hall?
More than 1/2 the country cannot receive SUN news network so the Ford Brothers won't have much of an impact--like most of the rest of the station's programming.

Oh dear.
I shouldn't be surprised by this. I have known for quite some time that it is not possible to underestimate the intelligence of the average TV viewer or the average voter.
How else to explain reality TV, or Harperia?
Or Ford Nation?
Or Sun News?
Still.
