The old guard (you know, the old Sponsorship scandal crew) and the new young idealists attracted to Trudeau, are in a power struggle in many Ridings. In this case it spilled over into the public realm .. however the MSM is not yet reporting it in English speaking Canada. It indeed proves that Trudeau is not ready to govern. Liberals internally are divided and the old wars continue.

Well, you may be right about what this means, but I don't support any adoption of the "He's not ready" meme. Once again the Liberals have allowed the Harper Cons to negatively brand their leader. Trudeau is as "ready" as Harper ever was (whatever that means).
But at least this time, Mulcair and the NDP have become a viable alternative.
