Judge Denies Nomination Delay In Calgary Riding Of Tory MP Anders
An attempt by the federal Conservatives to delay a new nomination race in the Calgary riding held by MP Rob Anders was denied Wednesday by an Alberta Appeal Court judge. On Tuesday, a lawyer for Anders argued that the MP would suffer irreparable harm if he had to fight a new nomination race in the wake of his disputed acclamation last summer.CBC
Buckdog has been following the Rob Anders case for sometime. This story is not done yet. Stay tuned for further developments!

Anders should have thought about this, and the conservative party that they might not win this case. So now using the 'excuse' that this might harm Anders chances was a straw horse.
Don't cry for spilled milk.

I don't like Anders politics or his cutesy way of practicing them.
He embarrassed Canada when Nelson Mandela visited, that was it for me with this guy. He sees communists everywhere - very extreme right wing background and views.
We need this guy unelected.
