Liberals Win In PEI
P.E.I.'s Liberal party has won a surprisingly easy victory in the provincial election.The Liberal victory brings 11 years of Tory rule to an end, and marks the end of a surprising campaign that started with a confident Progressive Conservative party, and a seemingly tentative Liberal party.
