Democrats Will Cut Funding To Cheney's Office
Following Vice President Dick Cheney's assertion that his office is not a part of the executive branch of the US government, Democratic Caucus Chairman Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-IL) plans to introduce an amendment to the the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations bill to cut funding for Cheney's office.Since Cheney believes that he is above the law, it is time that the representatives of the American people rein in this arrogant right wing renegade.

Of course the bill will never survive cloture in the Senate, but it will force the GOP to go or record in support of Cheney's machinations to filibuster it.
