22 Minutes and Air Farce are my Favorite shows. I always like the robot Stephan Harper on Air Farce. You have to have humor once in a while.

Huff1 -AGREED! Humour can be an effective political tool and the best politicians are those who can laugh at themselves a bit.
I know you are a Saskie and probably a Tory but I can tell you a funny story about Tommy Douglas.
One election campaign in the 1940's Premier Douglas stopped by a farm yard for a quick rally with a bunch of local farmers. There was no podium so he climbed up on an old manure spreader and gave his stump speech. Just as the speech ended, a farmer at the back of the crowd (who was a known Liberal supporter) yelled out to the farmers up front,
'boys pull the throttle on that spreader because she's holding a full load of manure!" The crowd was shocked ... but the guy who started the laughter and the applause was Tommy Douglas himself, who climbed down, went to the back of the crowd and shook the Liberal farmers hand vigorously!
A bit of Saskatchewan history for you there!

Tommy Douglas used to tell that story - I will find you the reference. The only Conservative I know of who had a sense of humour was Diefenbaker.
