Harper Prefers Obedient Submissive Premiers
While Harper said federal money gets distributed fairly, he also said "the reality is that more gets done when governments work together than when they fight each other."

How does Flaherty's harmful remarks about Ontario fall into the realm of working cooperatively?
What galls this person is the degree of rampant boorishness on the part of the cabinet members.
That, plus their smugness, defy all reason and logic.
Someday we will get a person who is worthy of the title Prime Minister. In the interim, we're stuck with this bunch of boors and mixed nuts.

Anyone who supported Bernard Lord shouldn't talk about another person's IQ!
In typical Tory fashion, Harper is a bully - his way or the highway. Sorry ... there are other opinions in this nation than the Reform Party crap that Harper spews.

Harper is a thug and a bully. He doesn't understand the idea of negotiation, nor does he value the opinions and wisdom of others.
His government's behaviour towards provincial governments that don't do his bidding is disgusting and shows him to be worse, much worse than those at whom he directed his ire while seeking the PMO.
