Michigan Police Clamp Down On Crack (Butt Crack That Is)!
Flint Michigan Police Chief, David Dicks (I am NOT making this stuff up) has instructed his officers to clamp down on sagging pants that expose boxers or butt cracks.
"Some people call it a fad," Dicks said. "But I believe it's a national nuisance. It is indecent and thus it is indecent exposure, which has been on the books for years."
On June 27, the chief issued a departmental memorandum telling officers: "This immoral self expression goes beyond freedom of expression."
The crime, he says, is disorderly conduct or indecent exposure, both misdemeanors punishable by 93 days to a year in jail and/or fines up to $500.

And you still think that we are not moving towards Police State in the 21st Century? At the very least, plumbers everywhere should be nervous!
"This immoral self expression goes beyond freedom of expression"... Wow, I didn't know the Americans had instituted their own brand of the morality police. I bet there are a few middle eastern countries hat are are proud that one of their ideas have caught on elsewhere.

Whooee! I got a plumber friend who better watch out. Ol' Uncle Ray pointed at Jerry the plumber sitting on a stool at Timmy's an' said you could park your bike there.

Is this the sort of thing the ACLU can get in on, or do they have to wait before a complainant asks them to step in? I'm having flashbacks to the 'good kids vs bad kids' fashion crime videos of the '50s. Next up, hassling old guys with white belts strapping pants tightly up around their ribs? Some serious public displays of leather and masochism there. Or am I over-interpreting?

What would those fashion fascist pigs do if they saw Batman and Robin in their tights and Underoos? Excuse me for saying this, but would that make the dynamic duo look kinda gay? It's the homophobe in me today. Shouldn't they be charged with disorderly conduct?
Superman could save Flint, Michigan from evil terrorists. Police Chief David Dicks would thank Superman for his heroic effort and then charge him with disorderly conduct?
Where is Captain America when Flint, Michigan needs him?

I didn't know that Flint had Captain Underpants as their police chief!
