'Desperate' RCMP Try To Smear Dziekanski!
Don Rosenbloom
The lawyer who is representing the Polish government at a public inquiry into Dziekanski's death, said yesterday that Poland is "troubled" by a motion made by one of the RCMP officer's lawyers for copies of Dziekanski's criminal records and any complaints against him reported to police.

Let's say, for the sake of argument, that the victim was actually a horrible, horrible man.
Given that the RCMP doesn't know this now, they certainly didn't know it at the airport when the poor man was killed.
The victim's history thus has no relevance to the grave matter at hand.
That's our tax dollars at work.. as well as our immoral national police.

This tactic by the RCMP makes them look bad to the Polish govt--and no doubt to any other govt. following the case. Those being interviewed for the most part showed righteous anger at what the RCMP were so clearly trying to do make Dziekanski look to be a hard drinking evil character implying he was dangerous and combative and was justly tasered. It is a wonder they did not try to link him to terrorism!
Even if Dziekanski were a totally rotten person the evidence on video tape shows little grounds for tasering him multiple times.

Ken, I couldn't agree more! What ever happened to our Royal Canadian Mounted Police! This is NOT the same force that I grew up with as a Canadian!!
