Israeli Media Reports That Stephen Harper Followed Instructions Given By Benjamin Netanyahu For G8 Meetings
"At the request of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper thwarted an announcement Friday by the G-8 countries that would have supported U.S. President Barack Obama's statement that talks between the Palestinians and Israel should be based on the 1967 borders with exchanges of territory."

I hope there isn't a Canadian left wondering why Canada didn't get a seat at the UN Security Council...

So that's who's responsible for the lip prints on Netanyahu's behind.

Michel ... I couldn't agree more!
Sassy ... I think there is going to be more of this!

But of course the Israeli media is notoriously anti-Semitic and the story is no doubt a malicious invention. < /snark>
And Obama doesn't forget that sort of stupid trick easily. Harper's just lined himself up for some cutlery in the back.

I am still trying to figure out Harper's attention to Israel. From the stats that I have seen, Israel does very little trade with Canada. Israel exports and imports very little to and from Canada. Canadian tourists to Israel are few compared to other countries.

I wonder what on earth Obama thinks of this? Harper is destroying our place in the world, if he already has'nt.

Are "request" in English means "instruction"?
Can't you be more sophisticated as the Falsetinian proPALgandists are?

Abe, the very fact that you choose to use the word "Falsetinian" rather than the proper word 'Palestinian" clearly demonstrates a denigrating, likely racist attitude in your comment.
