....... so why didn't Harper speak out when the Teaparty Republicans were playing 'chicken' with the global economy?
Remember when Stephen Harper said that a Canadian election was a threat to our economic recovery? We knew it was nonsense at the time ... BUT when his ideological soulmates were playing 'chicken' with Canada's economy in the US Congress, did you hear even one word from him or the Conservatives?
It's a good question. I worry just as much about what he doesn't do as what he does do.

This is the whole rightwing reality, hindsight is always 20/20 with them. They are all about less government and free market talk, but who forced Post Canada employees back to work and threatened Air Canada employees with back to work legislation? Why did they not allow the market fix itself?

Hindsight is always 20/20 with the right-wingers. They are always big talking about free market and smaller government but they quickly jumped on forcing Post Canada employees back to work and threatened Air Canada strikers with the same thing. Why did they not let the market correct itself? They, here and in the U.S, always talk out of both sides of their mouthes.
