If you look at, the Blog Borg Collective web site. There are documents that prove, the election fraud of the robo-calls roads, go right straight to Harper and his Conservatives.
Go to, the web site of the sixthestate. They say, Harper appointed Marc Mayrand as Chief of Elections Canada. Mayrand can't be counted on to be honest. He is under Harper's control and would likely lose his job, if he opposed Harper. Dictators have always governed by threat. Gordon Campbell, Harper favorite henchman, always got rid of anyone honest, and put his butt kissers in their place.
