But abusive precisely how?
Topp's colleagues and friends made proposals to a Parliamentary committee that if accepted would have seen Canada with the most restrictive copyright laws in the world?

Mostly they slander and use ad hominem attacks ... but we are dealing with authoritarian fascista attitudes here - which drive these tactics and communications strategies.
