Well, let's see. The Chinese after this crud aren't Canadian. Big Oil is mainly American, Asian and European. Yet there is a threat to "the safety and security of Canadians." That's in the form of the high-risk and potentially catastrophic pipeline and coastal tanker traffic associated with the Tar Sands.
