I don't know what the protocol is but because he was a Member of Parliament I would imagine,yes. Since he represented a riding in Quebec I assume also the Assemble National in Quebec City. From what I read in profiles, etc, he was well liked. I am pretty sure he had a young family with his wife and their 4 children.

I don't know why these accidents are happening. If they drived carefully i hope it might not happen.
Most of the accidents are happening due to OVERSPEED. Life is in our hands.
