Conservatives Tough on Tamil Tigers
The Minister responsible for keeping us all safe was thumping his chest yesterday for what he claims was 'quick action' in dealing with the Tamil Tigers. I guess I should be happy that Stockwell Day is protecting me from the boogey man - forgive me if my joy and enthusiasm is not what the tories would like it to be.
What I would really like to see is some HONESTY from our tory overlords and maybe a bit of consistency. Consistency? Well, the question still remains: how it is that the Parliamentary Secretary to the Rt. Honourable Stephen Harper can hang out with a recognized terrorist group (the right wing version) while caustic criticism is cast upon oppositon members who merely suggested that Israel and Hezbollah enter into talks?
Enough with the double standards. Enough with the chest thumping.
Harper's government has neither been honest nor consistent with us. May a swarm of criticism follow them every single day of their pathetic and somewhat dangerous term in government.

A little more detail please. You say: "how it is that the Parliamentary Secretary to the Rt. Honourable Stephen Harper can hang out with a recognized terrorist group (the right wing version)" but you never mention what terrorist organization the Secratary was "hanging out" with, nor does the article you link to.Who was Jason Kenney hanging out with?

Never mind! Cerberus lays it all out in quite a bit of detail. Man, the hypocricy! These guys really are experts at saying one thing and doing another aren't they!
