Well, so much for all of the Conservative Government hype about how they will facilitate unprecedented growth in the Canadian Economy. Their skimpy little one cent cut in the GST and other specific targeted tax cuts have not demonstrated the results we were told would transpire. Either the Federal Budget has not kicked in as a real factor in the economy or it was in fact, nothing but typical Tory hype

Now Harbinger - don't prove my theory correct that Conservatives can dish it out, but they can't take it.
Weren't you around when the Libs were the government (and for the record, I DID NOT voter for them). Man the way they went after Martin!
Stephen is a big boy and his worst enemies ultimately will be people in his own party. Historically, look at what the Tories did to Diefenbaker and Joe Clarke.
Naw, I'm not even tough on him - look at this post - read what I said when I cut him some slack, I said, "Either the Federal Budget has not kicked in as a real factor in the economy or" ... see, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
Seriously, I am going to be really tough on him if he starts breaking promises and I make NO apologies for it AT ALL.
