US Forces Have Taliban Funeral In Sights - Hold Fire
American Forces in Afghanistan had approximately 200 Taliban fighters in their sights recently during a funeral service for Taliban killed in combat. Under international law, it is a war crime to target troops during a funeral service. Cemeteries are also off limits during war times.
Respecting international law, American military forces did not fire on the funeral. This is a very unique photo of the Taliban taken by a drone aircraft.
