Michael Coren Sitting on Pity Pot - Poor Baby
One week ago, Sun columnist Michael Coren declared that 'We should nuke Iran'. That totally irresponsible pronouncement has resulted in justifiable outrage towards him. His article was idiotic. He deserves to be widely condemned for the views he published.
In his September 9th rebuttal article, poor Mr. Coren places himself firmly on a ‘pity pot’ and seeks sympathy for the public outrage he is so deservedly receiving.
He invokes his right as a Canadian citizen to freedom of speech. Fair ball. But his right to free speech also carries a responsibility; the responsibility of living with your words and actions.
Everyone, who has respect for human life and who detests even the thought of nuclear military action, should hold Mr. Coren in the contempt that he justly deserves.
Someone, please hand him a tissue so he can wipe his pathetic little tears away.
