Ann Coulter - Doing The Work Of The Lord
While covering the 2004 Democratic National Convention for USA Today she wrote one article that began, "Here at the Spawn of Satan convention in Boston..."
Like her or not, Ann Coulter is a right wing firebrand that loves to inflame any debate that she gets into.
Her newest book is entitled: "Godless: The Church of Liberalism" She is a lawyer, columnist and public speaker. She has said that some of her favorite books include The Bible, Wuthering Heights, Anna Karenina and true crime stories about serial killers.
Well, to make a long story short, guess who is one of the featured speakers at the 2007 Reclaiming America For Christ Conference put on by the Christian Right and a number of fundamentalist evangelical churches.
"We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity"
Ann Coulter
'Ann Coulter, the Lord's handmaiden - doing the work of gawd in Bush's Amerika!' (not to be confused with the real 'America').

The Coultergeist is a fountain of the only kind of love the religious right knows: the love of hatred.

I was given Coulter's book "Slander." I read the book. A few chapters in it became clear that it was basically a continuation of the first chapter's premise, no suprisingly, that liberal's control the media. Yet, the problem was, for the majority of the book, this was reinforced through one-liners and soundbytes. These were used to set up what amounted to baseless accusation and overgeneralizations. The writing was attacking but with little ammunition. By the end I was laughing at how worked up about nothing Ms. Coulter had gotten herself. I threw it in the recycling box - another piece of overly partisan trash.

Holy Buck,
You got through an entire Ann Coulter post without frothing from the mouth with a ferocious condemnation (which, in her case, would be perfectly reasonable). You even used the phrase "like her or not", as if liking her was possible for someone who isn't inherently evil.
How many decafs/horse tranquilizers did you have today? You're not losing your edge are you?

Whenever I go to the bookstore, I always put another book in front of any of hers that I come across.

Time for an Ann Coulter joke.
Imagine if Ann Coulter and D'nish D'Souza had a torrid affair.
They could have a hate child.
