Saskatchewan Premier, Lorne Calvert is as frustrated with Harper's promise breaking as his counterparts are in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland & Labrador.Calvert is one of three premiers demanding Prime Minister Stephen Harper's minority Conservative government honour an election pledge to exclude all non-renewable resource revenues from the equalization formula used to redistribute wealth in Canada.
