Tory Pot Smokers Should Be The First To Turn Themselves Into Police!
Stephen Harper is about to declare another 'War on drugs.' Statistics show that roughly 16.8% of Canadians use marijuana / cannabis. You therefore have to assume that there MUST be a couple of Conservative Members of Parliament who fit into the 16.8% number.
Well, here is their opportunity to lead by example and to show their commitment to their Leader and his new policy.
We should challenge CONSERVATIVE Members of Parliament who use cannabis to turn themselves into the police immediately whether or not they support Harper's new initiative.
Any Conservative staffer or Ministerial Assistant in Ottawa who uses cannabis should be expected to turn themselves into the police immediately whether or not they support Harper's new initiative.
It is time for every Conservative Party Riding Association President who uses cannabis to turn themselves into the police immediately whether or not they support Harper's new initiative.
It is time for EVERY card carrying member of the Conservative Party of Canada who uses cannabis to lead by example and turn themselves into the police immediately whether or not they support Harper's new initiative.

Basically when I was young and still involved in things as stupid as political parties, Id get high with my tory friends after Young Conservative meetings.
The Tories are pissing in the well from which they drink.

Mark ... you are missing my point here. I am NOT a Conservative. I am opposed to the criminalization of cannabis in Canada.
Harper disagrees with me and wants harsher penalties. If you are a Conservative party member, or voter, you support Harper .. that means you support his legislation. The disconnect happens if someone is a Conservative who uses pot! You can't have it both ways. Either you support Harper or you don't.
So asking me if 'lefty's should turn themselves in based on my argument is not logical. It is not consistent with this post. No one should be rushing out to turn themselves in to the police faster than pot smoking Conservatives!!
