Preston Manning Says Conservatives Will Lose Next Alberta Election!
Preston Manning's father was the longest serving Premier in Alberta history. Preston himself has displayed some political skill in his career and he knows Alberta politics. It should therefore cause a lot of Conservatives to sit up in their chair when he says that Ed Stelmach and the Alberta Tories are heading for the dumpster! Globe & Mail

I like how Ezra is calling Stelmach a 'socialist' - I nearly choked on my coffee when I read that the other day!
I fully believe that the long serving Tories in Alberta and the long serving New Democrats in Saskatchewan are BOTH going to get a shake up!!

Long serving, means tired old in any political language and methinks you are right. Unfortunately the alternative in Saskatchewan isn't. However if either the PC's in Alberta or the NDP win it will be with drastically reduced majorities.
