Harper is desperately trying to undo the mess he has made of things in Ottawa. So, he is mobilizing his Tory forces to come out swinging!
So, Guy Giorno wants people to call in to radio stations and act like so many trained parrots spiel off "talking points".
There's a really strong whiff of panic and desperation and even Giorno can't stem the bad press.
