Good grief, this isn't even the Full-, it's just the Half-Assed Monty. Sorry, but the heavy-lifting on Afghanistan doesn't count, since it's NOT a peace-keeping mission, which is the criterion, and Portugal's actually been contributing more peace-keeping troops than us, of late. Yes, they're in much worse shape than us economically: the other major criterion. Which is why this is a major embarrassment to us, as are you. (Cover it up, already)
