Republicans to Air Ad Warning of Terror Attacks
Things are not going well for the Republican Party in the lead up to Mid term elections . In fact, things are going so poorly for the Republicans that they are preparing an ad campaign intended to scare the crap out of voters.
Therefore the National Office of the Republican Party will begin airing a hard-hitting ad this weekend that warns of more cataclysmic terror attacks against the U.S. homeland.
The ad portrays Osama bin Laden and quotes his threats against America dating to February 1998. It includes a scene that appears to show a nuclear explosion. "These are the stakes," the ad concludes. "Vote November 7."
You would think that Americans MUST be getting sick of Republican dishonesty. They have been lied to over Iraq and Afghanistan for years. But fear is a tool that the right wing has been able to use effectively for political purposes.

I think someone needs to read the story about the boy who cried "Wolf!" to the Republicans. They've gone to the fear well so often that it looks like people are starting to become numb to it. I suspect that it won't work nearly as well this time as is has for them in the past.

Oh my,
That is ridiculous. But I mean, what other hope do the republicans have? I don't think they have much to run on.
