Private Emergency Room Opens in Vancouver

B.C.'s first private emergency facility opened in Vancouver on Friday morning.

The provincial government is threatening to seek an injunction to shut down the Urgent Care Centre if it is found to be breaking the law.

They weren't thinking obviously but that is often the case here. Our EMS has been scandalous for years, this is just the first time it's gotten enough proof & publicity to result in charges.

You really would not believe much of what goes on here. I couldn't make it all up if I were taking LSD.

This place should be the poster child for what happens to a community when right-wingnuts take over.
