Supreme Court Of Canada Rules That Collective Bargaining Is A Protected Charter Right!

The Supreme Court of Canada ruled today that the collective bargaining process is protected by the Charter of Rights -- a decision that will have a major impact on negotiations between governments and their unions.

This decision should piss off right wingers everywhere! So here is a big raspberry to the likes of the Fraser Institute, The Canadian Taxpayers Federation, etc, etc, etc.
