Oh dear, you're a little late. Everyone who used to play this game has already died of cirrhosis and the rest of us stopped listening to the Shrub ages ago ;).
Seriously though, even most political junkies did not bother to tune in. Ted & Caroline Kennedy eclipsed any remaining attention the State of Our Onion might have engendered.

Just a minor correction to your post. The worst president in US history is not in fact George Bush, but FDR - a true fascist. Every worst authoritarian thing both Bush presidents have done between them ain't equal to FDR's internment of Japanese-Americans, let alone every other kind of awful thing he did.
