The Federal Court of Appeal Says Harper Breaking Law Over Wheat Board Changes!

Bullyboy Harper and his conies got their knuckles rapped by The Federal Appeal Court of Canada yesterday for their unilateral and illegal changes to the Canadian Wheat Board!
Harper can now appeal further to the Supreme Court of Canada but he knows that once again, the courts will slap him down!
He will most likely introduce changes to the Canadian Wheat Board Act and try to get his way in the House of Commons.
Now this is where it gets interesting. Harper has already made the vote on the Afghanistan mission a matter of 'confidence'. If the Opposition parties defeat his motion, he claims he will call an election. So, will he do the same with proposed changes to the Canadian Wheat Board?
My fellow blogger, Scott Tribe had a very interesting post on this topic yesterday and it is certainly worth a read.
At some point, the Liberals have to stand up to Harper. If they won't on Afghanistan or the Budget, they should on changes to the mandate of the Canadian Wheat Board. We shall see!
