And why will the New Democratic motion fail ... you ask? It will fail because dozens and dozens of Liberal Members of Parliament will quietly slink out of the House so that when the matter comes to a vote, Harper will have sufficient numbers to survive. Why don't we simply call the current Parliament what it actually is ... a coalition government of Conservatives and Liberals!
