Federal Conservatives Still Manipulating Rob Anders Nomination Bid
Robert Hawkes, the Calgary lawyer who led the legal fight of 11 party members who charged the nomination process giving MP Rob Anders the original nomination was unfair, is now questioning the party's continuing manipulation of the process.
An Alberta court recently overturned the acclamation of Tory MP Rob Anders and has ordered another nomination convention by June 30th.
"In order to vote in the nomination, party members will have to have held their membership from August 13, 2006!" said Hawkes.
"This precludes new candidates from selling even a single membership in support of their candidacy."
The Conservative Party has had no comment on the accusation.
Buckdog has been following the Rob Anders nomination for some time. Here is all the background.

There has to be a way to knock this guy off? If Harper won't get rid of this backseat warmer who has absolutely nothing in parliament, someone needs to put him out of misery.
